After a rough first night, I woke up and went down to the nursery to check on Sedona while Brooke was in the bathroom. When I arrived she was already off the oxygen and they were in the process of taking her off the IV. They wrapped her in a blanket, put her in the bassinet and told me to take her to our room. "She a normal, healthy baby. Go take her to Mommy!" When I rolled her into the room, Brooke wasn't expecting this wonderful surprise and broke down with tears of joy. This image was take a few hours after Sedona was given over to us during her first feeding.
