Menu


Last nights dinner was choice. Aunt Lori, Pop, Meme, Brooke and Sedona all gathered for a great meal at our place. Here is the menu:

Roasted Potatoes
Yukon Gold Potatoes chopped and covered with fresh rosemary, EVOO, and sea salt. Broil till golden brown.

Fire Roasted Vegetables
Organic yellow summer squash, organic zucchini, organic red and orange bell peppers, organic mushrooms, chopped and sprinkled with balsamic vinegar and freshly chopped herbs fire roasted over the grill.

Grilled Shrimp
Large gulf shrimp (raw) peeled and brushed with EVOO and sprinkled with Old Bay seasoning, skewered and grilled.

Grilled Scallops
Large Sea Scallops soaked for 15 min in Baja marinade (can be purchased at Whole Foods), skewered and grilled.
