T-Shirts Have Never Been So Fun

Busted!

While unpacking groceries, Sedona was watching us from the kitchen floor. Brooke sat down next to her and had planned to give her a few cheese puffs. She mistakenly set the container too close to Sedona and looked away for no more than 2 seconds and BAM! Sedona had the can upturned, one cheese puff in her mouth and another one in her hand. The first two words out of Brooke's mouth were, "Sh*t!" and "D#mm*t!" which is illustrative of how poorly both of us have failed to curtail our potty mouth language. Gotta work on that. Most likey those will be Sedona's first words.

Aunt Rosey

Aunt Rosey, otherwise known as Roseola (a viral infection similar to Measles but not as dangerous) came for a visit last Friday and decided to stay for the holiday weekend. Sedona's been running a fever, lost her appetite, and generally just wants to be held and snuggled. This morning the red rash showed up. Remarkably she's keep her sense of playfulness. Here she is playing piggy back with Brooke.

Mum Mums

If Sedona had to rank the things in life that are most important to her, we're guessing the list would be as follows:

1. Mum Mum's
2. Mum Mum's
3. Mum Mum's

(Photos taken while having lunch at Pie in the Sky pizza restaurant. It should be noted that while Sedona has been sick and lost all appetite for her bottle and food in general, when the Mum Mum's come out she visibly shakes, sweats, and salivates for these things.)

Bath Animals

Sedona, getting into her bath toys.

Clean Streaking

After a bath, Sedona's primary goal is to complete no less than 4 naked wind sprints up and down the hall.

Special Delivery

And the answer is yes. Sedona did receive that scratch on her face wrestling a bear in our back yard.

Bonkers for Snow

When the snow starts falling, Sedona lights up and can't wait to go outside. When we're in the house and we say, "It's snowing!" she looks to nearest window to confirm our weather report. Here we are playing on the deck as flakes fall.

Taking it Off

Sedona loves to get naked. As happy as she normally is with clothing on, she seems to take it to another level once they come off. We'll get some video up later this week of her running around in post-bath naked bliss. These were taken one evening after we got home from going out to dinner while getting ready for bed.

Sedona & Rowan

Sedona and cousin Rowan in the midst of a play session, followed by Rowan in ski gear getting ready to rock the mountain.

Von Davis Family

Sedona and Brooke took Mima and Grandad up to Trapps one afternoon for lunch with a view.

On the Trails with the Boys

Sedona, Brooke, and I treated Jay and John to an afternoon x-country loop. She loved being out there with more people and the pace she set nearly caused Johnny to go into cardiac arrest.

Peek-a-Boo

Sedona, playing Peek-a-Boo with Brooke, which has become one of her favorite games to initiate.

Socializing

2+ minutes of Sedona walking, talking, running, and socializing with cousin Rowan while he was up for a visit a few weeks back.

Walking Tall

Sedona, walking behind her first 4-wheeled mode of transportation.
